Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our house is an Arts and Crafts style family home in Clapham Common in Inner London three miles from Charing Cross. Clapham Common underground station on the Northern Line is in easy walking distance, additionally buses run from the end of our road to Knightsbridge, Oxford Circus and Westminster so access to all the attractions of London is easy. Locally, and within walking distance, are a good variety of supermarkets and specialist food shops, street markets, a wide range of restaurants, pubs and two cinemas as well as the wide open spaces of Clapham Common itself. Accommodation comprises; 2 living rooms (one with plasma tv, one with broadband), kitchen, dining room, 3 double bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) and 1 single bedroom, bathroom and shower room. We have wi-fi.
Exchange with holiday house in SW Ireland also possible.

Always talked of as vibrant and multicultural, this is certainly true of our part of London. Our street is quiet and peaceful but our nearest shopping streets are Clapham High Street and Brixton with plenty of action, restaurants of all kinds and food markets ranging from line caught fish from Dorset to salt fish from the West. Indies. Restaurants range from expensive fine dining to burger chains. Easy access to underground trains, overground trains and buses.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
You can easily access all the sights of London, its museums, theatres and galleries from our location. Just a 7 minute walk to the underground and then maybe 10-15 minutes on the tube train will take you into central London, the City of London etc and buses also go from outside the tube station direct to Tate Britain and Trafalgar Square. Travel is sooo easy.
