Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

We are now actively looking to exchange in Europe, as well as the UK.
We can be flexible with dates and are looking to take this opportunity to travel more widely again, if the conditions allow .We are open to all offers, especially from Italy, The French Riviera, The Costa Brava, and Mediterranean locations generally. Months that are particularly attractive to us are May to September.

Our home is a four bedroomed semi-detached house in Cheltenham Spa. The house is conveniently located close to the railway station and within walking distance of the town shopping centre. Cheltenham is the central town to the Cotswold Hills which has been designated an area of outstanding beauty and is sometimes referred to as 'The Heart of England'.
There are two double and two single bedrooms on the first floor, where there are also two bathrooms - one family bathroom and one en-suite to the master bedroom.
On the ground floor, the hallway opens on to two reception rooms. A principal sitting room with a large bay window, looking onto a small front garden and a second reception room which looks onto the back patio and the garden beyond.
The hallway leads onto a large kitchen diner with Patio doors that open onto a town garden. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher and washing machine in addition to wall and floor cupboards. The kitchen leads on to a family dining area.

Our Preferences

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules

We have a strict no smoking rule within the house, we also do not allow pets.
The house will be neat, clean and tidy for you at the beginning of your stay, therefore it is important to us that it is returned in the same condition.
Our furniture consists of some antiques which require care, we ask you to respect this.
There are a small number of indoor and outdoor plants that it would be appreciated if looked after. Our small lawn might require cutting during the summer months if your time allows.
Our avenue is a quiet, residential cul-de-sac and the neighbourhood respects this. We ask you to do so also.
