The flat is ideally located with a pleasant short walk into the town of Reading. The property has a lovely vista across the neighbouring meadowlands to the River Thames and town beyond. Shopping in Caversham itself is a convenient walk, either along the tow path or even shorter via the local streets. The well serviced Reading train station is easily accessed, and the town is close enough to London for day visits. Exploring the local area/town, and the lovely local villages kept us well occupied. Friendly neighbours in the complex was a pleasant addon to our stay. Compact property but more than adequate for your needs for a pleasant stay. Thank you Claus & Rosemary. Additionally, we had the pleasure of a visit to our home in Brisbane by Claus & Rosemary post our exchange. Lovely to meet such happy exchangers and spend time together.
