A bright, well equipped modern apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Very central – only 10 to 20 minutes walk to all main tourist attractions in vibrant Edinburgh.
We have owned the apartment for nearly 20 year. We let out the apartment as a holiday let and also use it ourselves - it's our city bolthole!
The accommodation comprises of two generous double bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. The king size bedroom is ensuite and there is an additional bathroom with full bath and shower. Full instructions for all appliances can be found in a folder in the apartment. The apartment is accessed by a buzzer/securty system and is located on the first floor. In the apartment you will find lots of guides and maps to help you make the most of your stay in this wonderful city. There is also a contact telephone number in case of any emergency and of course you can always email us with any questions you have. Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
We're interested in staying in New Zealand late December 2019 and January 2020. We're retired accountants and love travelling. We live in the Highlands of Scotland and have an apartment in Edinburgh which we use but also let out as holiday accomodation. We let out the Edinburgh apartment from Easter until October so swap usually only available outwith that period. All we ask is you leave the apartment the way you found it please.
