Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Casa Delujo is based on phase 2 of Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The townhouse is situated overlooking the swimming pool and is only a stone’s throw from the terrace area, the pool is cleaned daily during the summer months. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the Club House and all its fantastic facilities.

The popular town of Los Alcazares is only a 20-minute walk or 2 minutes in the car, this is where you’ll find an array of restaurants and tapas bars which serve local fresh food and cuisines from around the world to suit all tastes. If you fancy eating al fresco out on the terrace you’ll find 3 major supermarkets within a 20-minute walk or 2 minutes in the car.
