Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have a very confortable and cosy house with magnificent views. The house used to be a stable before we rebuilt it. The town is called LAMADRID and is the 258 KM of the AP-8 highway from Santander (Cantabria) to Oviedo (Asturias). The house has two floors. The ground floor with dinningroom, full equiped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper flor has the livingroom, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms (the principal with one inside).
It is a very peaceful place, surrounded by other rural houses. The shops, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket are about 3 to 4 km: Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Trece
