Un barrio residencial, de nivel alto, y muy tranquilo, a cien metros de una playa apta para niños pequeños (el agua no supera el metro de profundidad), con una parada de autobús a 2 minutos. Rodeado de zonas verdes, cerca del Club Náutico y del puerto de Estepona, donde hay multitud de restaurantes de diferentes nacionalidades, así como tiendas y supermercados.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Desde Estepona se pueden visitar localidades cercanas, como Marbella, Gibraltar o Ronda, ninguna a más de media hora en coche. Desde casa, a diez minutos andando, hay un gimnasio muy moderno, con una estupendas pistas de paddel. La playa más cercana - llamada El Cristo - a 100 metros (5 minutos a pie), con dos chiringuitos y un mirador recién construido. El centro del pueblo se encuentra a 20 minutos andando- en todo caso, hay una parada de autobús a 2 minutos de casa-, con un precioso casco antiguo, con todo tipo de comodidades y adaptado al turismo internacional. Si le gusta el golf, éste es su destino, siendo la oferta de clubs y lugares bastante amplia, con sol siempre garantizado.

No hace falta cuidar el jardín ni preocuparse del mantenimiento de la piscina, ya que hay una persona encargada para ello. Asimismo, una vez a la semana viene una persona responsable de la limpieza de la casa, aunque se ruega mantener la misma ordenada y limpia.
