The beauty of this lovely village was overwhelming, especially at night when we could enjoy the view from our bedrooms! Hilarious! Friendly people, friendly dogs, peaceful and calm atmosphere and relaxing drinking a sundowner in the bar behind the house - we felt at home immediately. Your charming house is so perfect for spending hot days in the patio and we became so lazy in this beautiful surrounding. Of course we did some trips to the other villages, exploring the roman and the Arabian bridges, searching for the hidden village and visiting Alhama de Granada! Also counting curves while driving, enjoying the beauty of Malaga before leaving and going for a simple dinner at Chiringuito, watching people of the village, listening to guitar sounds - we fell in love with this jewel of a village. Thank you for making this exchange possible!

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Casa Cabra has been reconstructed from an old house and retains many of the traditional features such as cane ceilings and tiled floors. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, with access to a large sun terrace, living room, dining area and kitchen, bathroom and covered patio. There are wonderful views from the terrace across the village and up to the mountains.
Sedella is a typical Andalucian village, situated high up in the Sierra Tejadas overlooked by the beautiful peak, La Maruma.
The village is built on the hillside and the white washed houses and steep streets are home to a predominantly Spanish population, although there are some English home owners and summer visitors. There are several bars and restaurants, a couple of shops selling everything from bread to chicken feed, and a well attended church.
The surrounding countryside is excellent for walking and exploring by car, and there are many interesting towns and villages within a 50 mile radius. The local beach resort is 40 minutes drive and has a lovely promenade and numerous seafood restaurants. Bikes can be hired to explore the coastal area. Malaga is just over an hour away and is now a not to be missed destination.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We are situated near the centre of the village. From the house you can walk out into the hills, or visit a local bar. It is lovely to walk round the village in the early evening when people are out and about and will say a welcoming "hola"

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
There are many beautiful local villages within a short driving distance. Malaga is definitely worth a visit as it has a lovely old castle, trendy shops and bars and some very interesting museums including one about Picasso. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach which has many beach restaurants and a lovely promenade.
