Rosa and I are in our 40's and are both physicians. We have two wonderful kids, Lara (14) and Julián (11). We like to spend together each summer holidays in different places, either at the countryside, the seashore or a city, enjoying their culture, arts and customs. We are natural and friendly people, and respectful with Everyone. We find home exchanging very exciting to evade from the annoyance of nowadays' holiday planning, and to participate in a deal kept for kind and idealist people.
The flat we offer for exchanging is not our first residence, but a place we go some weekends and holidays. It's small, which makes it easy to keep tidy. It's cosy and quiet, so if you like to move around, it's a good place to rest and relax.
