Hello!!! We are Cristina and Xabi, we got married 11 years ago, and in that time we have had three children. Nira (9 years old), Valentina (8 years old) and Julen (3 years old). We love to do things together, travel, invite our friends to eat at home and enjoy the terrace, lengthen the summer evenings watching the Madrid sunset. We would love to get to know Northern Europe, and enjoy those spectacular landscapes that we have only had the opportunity to see on television. We want to get to know other cultures, and do it all together in a wonderful environment

Hello!
We are a family of 5 members. We live in the center of Madrid, in a beautiful penthouse with a large terrace of more than 70 square meters. A very bright apartment, in one of the most beautiful areas of Madrid, next to Madrid Río, and four metro stops from Puerta del Sol, 25 minutes walking. It is the first time that we want to exchange our house, now that our little son is 3 years old, we believe that it will be easier to travel. But who knows! We would like to travel to Sweden, Norway or Finland, and exchange our beautiful urban penthouse for a nice house in a wooded area in northern Europe.
Our house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and has a great community pool and gym. We also have a 7-seater car that can be used by the family that comes to our house.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a very familiar neighborhood, with many parks for children, very close to Madrid Río, a beautiful walk of more than 10 km along the Manzanares River. At the beginning of Madrid Río is Matadero, a great cultural center, where you can see theater shows and exhibitions. Likewise, we are 4 metro stops away, less than 4km, from the most important cultural hub in Madrid, Prado-Recoletos, where three of the most important museums in Europe are located: The Prado Museum, the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Museo Queen Sofia.
And.... we are also very close to the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza Mayor de Madrid and the Palacio Real de Oriente, the three most historic places in Madrid
