Our flat is situated in Ferreries, a small village of 4.000 habitants, the center of Menorca, the island to the east of the Balearic Islands.
Our house has two floorsr, recently renovated and fully equipped for basic needs. On the ground floor there is a hall, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a large. And on the first floor there is a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an office and a laundry room with a small terrace.

In summer, Menorca offers many possibilities: swimming in unspoiled beaches with transparent water, walking on country roads, participate in traditional festivals of horses, visit archaeological sites... besides enjoying good food Mediterranean and many cultural activities.
But spring and autumn are ideal seasons for walks along the Camí de Cavalls, a path that surrounds the entire island, in addition to visiting the prehistoric monuments, which have given the possibility of officially inscribing Talayotic Menorca on the UNESCO World Heritage List. on September 18, 2023.
Also, on October 8, 1993, Menorca was declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

The location of our house allows the access to many of these places in a few minutes journey by car.
If you want to visit the other islands, you can get to Mallorca in a half hour plane ride or an hour by boat.

Finally, an ideal place to relax and unwind in a natural environment.
