Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
It´s a 4 bedroom house in a quite neighbourhood very well connected with the city centre, 20 minutes by tram. You can get the sunshine and the natural light in it all day. It´s near the beach, half an hour by car. It´s 10 minutes from Nevada, a big shopping center, where you can get every thing, restaurants, shops, cinema... It´s 30 minutes from the ski station of Sierra Nevada. From the house you can get easily to Córdoba, Málaga and Sevilla, either by train or by bus.

Neighbourhood
Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is very well connected with the city centre, 20 minutes by bus. The buses run very frequently all day long up to midnight. There are also night buses There is a long park in front of the apartment.. There are other two parks in the area. There is a sport center with sport facilities and swimming pool. In our neighbourhood there are many bars, restaurants where you can sit indoors and outdoors. There are also several supermarkets etc. There is the biggest shopping center in the city at 15 minutes walk from the aparment with a big and modern cinema, big and fashionable shops, nice local and international restaurants, children games..etc.
From the apartment you can get easily to the train and bus stations to go to Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada and Málaga .
In our neighbourhood there is also a big National Health Center.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
You can visit the old town, its monuments like the cathedral, the Golden tower, Los Reales Alcáceres Palace, The Jwish neighbourhood, The museums, La plaza de España, a ride on a boat along the riber, The nice streets and squares of Triana and La Macarena traditional Neighbourhoods.
You can visit the big modern shopping centers, Sport centers where you can swim and lie in the sun to get a tan, enjoy the Spanish nice local food in local restaurants, visit the flamenco Tablaos to enjoy the flamenco´s music, walk along the different parks, specially a big old park called Maria Luisa´s park where you can ride a bicycle , feed the local pidgeons etc.
You can also go on a ride on horses cabs in the city center to do a turistic tour to see the main monuments of the city.
There is also a nice Theme park where you can go and enjoy the numerous rides on boats to get fresh and have fun, , watch theaters, and evening shows reflected on the wáter of a big lake etc
