El barrio es muy tranquilo en invierno y con mayor ambiente en verano. Es ideal para ir a la playa, la montaña esta a 10 minutos en coche. La playa esta a 5 minutos andando. Alli puedes encontrar una escuela de Surf. Hay un campo y un club de Golf a 5 minutos en coche.
En la misma calle del apartamento puedes encontrar paradas de autobus y tranvia.
