Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Gorgeous double storey condo situated in a sought after neighborhood in Sandton, Johannesburg. The nearest shopping centre is a 200m walk and has a supermarket, restaurants and a medical centre. My home has all modern appliances including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer plus a separate bar fridge in the loft studio. The apartment sleeps 4 people, 2 in the main bedroom downstairs and 2 in the loft. Downstairs comprises of the main bedroom, bathroom, an open plan kitchen, dining room which seats 6 people comfortably and opens out onto a patio. The apartment is equipped with with a scanner/printer and uncapped Wifi. The loft has been converted into an intimate studio and has a futon bed, stunning brand new couch, bar fridge and TV with Netflix, Youtube and Prime Video. 3 steps out of the loft and you enter my favorite part of the apartment, the roof terrace. Furnished with a 4 seater patio set and hanging chair, you will be surrounded with beautiful treetop views in this quiet and peaceful oasis.

My neighborhood is extremely quiet and very safe to go for strolls/jogs. Very close to all major highways and a 6 minutes drive to a bustling entertainment area lined with restaurants and bars. The nearest shopping centre is 200m from the apartment complex.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
It's important that my home is left in the same condition handed to you. Since it is in an apartment complex, there are rules regarding excessive noise which is not allowed. A cleaning service is available at an additional cost, approximately $20 for 5 hours. Unfortunately children under 8 are not allowed due to safety reasons. The banister leading to the second level of my home does not have a full safety railing, it is partial.
