Johannes is a civil ingeneer, specialised in timber construction. Sarah is 12 and a gymnastics fan. Elias is 10 and loves tennis and drawing. Jonas is 4 and loves playing with sand and water. Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Spacious family-friendly house (240 sqm) in quiet village close to the Lake Leman (5 min), the mountains (30 minutes), as well as to Lausanne and Geneva. It has 4 large bedrooms (master bedroom and 3 children bedrooms which can easily accomodate 2 children each). On the ground floor, you'll enjoy the large, fully-equiped kitchen (new from 2019), a living-room and a dining-area as well as WCs. You'll also have a direct access to our garden - small but neat: terrace, BBQ, and play area for kids. On the first floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms, a study as well a large bathroom. On the top floor, you'll find a fourth bedroom as well as a spacious playroom.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house, the lake and its beaches is just a few minutes away. The arboretum, also a few kilometers away, is a great natural park for walks, picnics etc. The area offers also very diverse sports possibilities: golf, tennis, bike lanes, walks, hikes and much more. IN the winter, the closest ski slopes are just 35 minutes away, the bigger ones one-hour away. If you like culture, Lausanne (20 minutes by train) and Geneva (45 min) have many interesting museums, concerts, exhibitions, etc...There are both indoor and outdoors playground for kids very close by as well.
