Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
At home we love to do sports of all kind such as : hiking in the Odenwald forests or the Neckar-Steig, (flat) cycling, best at the rivers Neckar, Main and Tauber or more; Swimming at open air or inside swimming pools, cannoing at the small rivers of Jagst and Kocher. Within 5 minutes by car you can visit the open air museum of Gottersdorf, discover the Roman Limes or the Roman museum at Osterburken. The Old town and Castle at Heidelberg, the Barogue Würzburg Residence or the Romantic Old Town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a famous World Cultural Heritage. Bad Mergentheim ZOO shows the variety of European animals in a very natural surrounding-not only interesting for small kids! We are experts of our area!
