Welcome to our spacious 115 qm apartment in the middle of charming Hamburg-Eimsbüttel.
The flat (4 rooms) is a centrally and quietly located old building apartment. It has a master bedroom (double bed), a study/guest room (sofa bed), a dining room which is connected to a living room, 1 bathrooms (tub, shower), a kitchen and two balconies. The flat is located in the 1rd floor.
It only takes a few minutes to reach the city centre by bus or by bike, you might even walk. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in the surrounding area. To the botanical garden "Planten und Bloomen" and Outer Alster lake is near by.

Our district is called "Eimsbüttel", a pulsating and lovely district.
The culinary offer ranges from European cuisine to Arabic and Asian restaurants. Bakeries and cafés, a cinema and a theatre as well as museums are in the immediate vicinity. From the Osterstraße subway you can reach central station railway station and the city centre in 15 minutes. There are sufficient rental stations for city bikes.

It takes you twenty minutes by bike to the lake Außenalster with its parks and paths for walking or jogging. The lake invites to sailing, canooing or SUP. Not far away is the huge City Park, where there is a planetarium e.g. In fact, you can reach all central points of interest by bike. Center City with City Hall, museums and art galeries is aproximately 6-8 km away.
