300 year old redekorated Village house close to the lake and Berlin in an historical center of a small village. The location offers relexation in the nature and beeing close to the City Berlin (The city center of Berlin is only 27 km distance). The house is suitable for 6 people. We have a big terrasse, a big garden and also an outsite fire place. The house is directly located at the Jakobspath.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The house is located in an small village. The village has an lake with path way to walk around (5km). I use it also for jogging.
Also we have a forest you can visit it is around 2 km walk. In summer you also can go swimming in the lake or icecating in the winter.
Berlin is very close you need 30 min by train or car and than you are in the city center. The distance to the train is 2 km.
