Detached house with fields on two sides,edge of Halberton village. It has open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. It has a downstairs cloakroom and study and utility room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two are ensuite with balconies. Another is a double and the third has two single beds,only suitable for 1adult or two children. Outside is a lawned garden and patio areas with views.

We overlook the countryside and have wide views. We are in walking distance of the Grand Western Canal which is a lovely walk into Tiverton. We are close to Exmoor,where you can find wild ponies and deer.
Within 40 mins drive you can be on the beach at Exmouth, Dawlish or if you prefer a little farther on the north coast is Minehead and Lynton
