Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We live in a vineyard close to Nantes. Our house is in a little village which is very peaceful, all the amenities are just few minutes drive.
The house is modern and comfortable. We have a large garden enclosed filled with pine trees that smell good in hot weather. We love having diner by the pool.
Our home is children friendly. Our private pool is protected by an electric shelter. It's easy to use and children are safe when the pool is not used.
The house offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, a master bedroom ensuite, two large bedrooms upstairs both with a double bed, and two offices (one with a sofa bed).
We can add a cot if you need it, just ask. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with shower and bath.
We are open to exchange our cars. We have got a "peugeot 3008 premium pack" and a "DS3 Cabrio", both with GPS. We also have 3 good bikes to ride in the wineyard...
Our lovely cat is called 'Shoukie', she sleeps outdoors and just need to be fed. It's a very shy cat.
Nantes has an international airport and a TGV train station.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
In the morning, one can take a bike and ride through the vineyards, it is a fantastic experience. There is a traditional market every Sunday morning a few kilometers from home. One can buy locally grown vegetables. There are also very good restaurants at reasonable prices.
Our house is central for touring in Loire Atlantique, Anjou, Vendée.
One just need 40 minutes drive to reach the famous parc of Le Puy du fou.
With a day trip you could see le Mont Saint Michel (220 km), Carnac (170 km) , Saumur (100 km), Pornic (70km), La Baule (110 km), the famous Loire Valley... and a lot of other spots of interest.
