We live in a comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a townhouse in Toulouse. The apartment of 100 m² includes a living room with open kitchen, a large bedroom, 2 children's rooms, a bathroom with large shower and bath and a terrace of 50m ².
The area is very quiet and central, 20 minutes walk from the Capitol Square, with its many shopping streets, small squares and many bars and restaurants.
The Jardin des Plantes and the metro (St Michel) are a 10-minute walk away. All shops nearby 5 minutes walk (grocery, market, bakery, pharmacy). Possibility to rent bikes in the street (we have 2 available with child seat), Canal du Midi at the end of the avenue.
Toulouse is a good place to explore the Occitanie region (Albi, Carcassonne, Foix, 1 hour drive), the sea 2 hours drive, skiing 1h30 by car (or train).

Opportunity to enjoy for a few days on a long exchange of our secondary apartment located at the Mediterranean Sea in Canet en Roussillon (2 hours by car).

Nous vivons dans un appartement confortable au rez de chaussé d'une maison de ville de Toulouse . L'appartement de 100 m² comprend un salon avec cuisine ouverte, une grande chambre, 2 chambres d'enfants, une salle de bain avec grande douche et baignoire et une terrasse de 50m².
Le quartier est trés calme et central, à 20 minutes à pied de la place du Capitole, avec ses nombreuses rues commerçantes, ses petites places et ses nombreux bars et restaurants.
Le Jardin des plantes ainsi que le métro (St Michel) sont à 10 minutes de marche. Tous les commerces de proximité à 5 minutes de marche (epicerie fine, maraiché,boulangerie,pharmacie). Possibilité de louer des vélos dans la rue (nous en avons 2 à disposition avec siege enfant), Canal du Midi au bout de l'avenue.
Toulouse est un bon endroit pour explorer la région Occitanie (Albi, Carcassonne, Foix, 1 heure de route), la mer à 2h de route, le ski à 1h30 en voiture (ou en train).
