Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Comfortable and modern house in a quiet area, with an outdoor terrace-balcony and a large garden with high trees. The three bedrooms are situated downstairs with climatisation. In the main bedroom, there is an electric queensize bed.
Near Poitiers, in Poitou-Charentes, we are one hour a half drive of the first castles of the Loire and also beaches of the Atlantic Ocean (La Rochelle).
Bordeaux (famous wines) is about 2 hours drive and you can go to Paris by train (1h30).
Poitiers is a nice quiet town with a historic center, it's very pleasant to live here.
Closer to the house there are several family attractions such the excellent Futuroscope theme park, the Monkey Vally, Crocodile House, high rope adventure parks, canoë kayaks, vélo-rail ...
The Beauval Zoo (100 kms) .
Our bikes are available to use and you can practice table tennis in the garden.
We also own a small vacation home near the sea in Les Sables D'Olonne.

The village is about 1 kilometer.
