Description of the home we are offering for exchange
(Simultaneous or non simultaneous exchange) We offer to you our waterfront accommodation. It consists on half of the big traditionnal house Located in Lancieux's village, in front of the sea and a near to Saint-cieux's beach. (Cf photos) Lancieux is a little seaside resort of the north coast Britany, not far from Dinard and Saint-Malo. This resort is reputed to be peaceful and quiet, and well-know for the quality of STI small traders (backer's and confectioner's, butcher's, Stationer's, market, cafe-cun-tabacconist's). The perfect situation of Lancieux is due to STI proximity with the sea. Its seven beaches made of this village the ideal place to do water sports (bathing, fishing, sailinf, water skiing, wind surfing ...). Also Has Lancieux 9 holes golf (18 holes of golf and at Dinard) and the miniature golf. Lancieux's geographic position is 17 Km from Dinard, 45minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel / Fort Lalatte / Cap Fr

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
notre maison est située dans un petit village au bord de la mer, animé l'été, qui possède un grand centre nautique avec beaucoup d'activités l'été. On y trouve toutes les commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché,...) ainsi que quelques restaurants et bars sur place. Il est possible de se rendre facilement à Dinard (10 Km), une station balnéaire prisée pour ses galeries d'arts, son casino, ses boutiques, et ses restaurants.
