Our house has typical local architecture (early 20th c.) and is located in a nice neighborhood with a park across the street. It can accommodate up to 9 people, plus possibly 2 more on the sofa bed in the living-room, and has a garden with a private swimming pool. We have wireless internet connection, 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. We can also propose a car (Mercedes Class R, automatic, seats 6). Our home is at walking distance from downtown and train station (1hr from Bordeaux & Toulouse).
Agen is a nice typical middle size city of SW France, located midway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. It is also very well-off for excellent restaurants and the surroundings are really beautiful with a lot of interesting spots to visit (typical villages, castles, abbeys, vineyards, etc.). In addition, Bordeaux - Unesco World Heritage city, see http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1256 - and Toulouse, which are both worth visiting, are 1 hour away from Agen by train and less than 1 hour and a half by car.
We also have a second home in the countryside, 12 miles South of Agen. It's an old farm, partly renovated, with 13 hectares of land.
