From the house you have access to all the city facilities, restaurants, cafés, cinéma, sea is one hour from Rennes, Mont Saint Michel as well. Nantes is one hour away and Paris by train 1 hour and a half only, you can easily take the train in the mornig and be back at night with a complet day on Paris : there are trains every half an hour in peak schedule.
