Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Enjoy the charm of a 30s town house in the city center in a quiet area. The equipment is simple but functional.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, an office with a sofa bed that can be used as a 3rd bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor the kitchen and the living room with a sofa bed that open onto a shaded terrace and a small garden.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neigorhood is a quiet residential area in the heart of the city with all shops nearby. The covered halls and the free city bus are 100m away.
Castres is renowned for its good restaurants and its city center which we call "Little Venice" with its colorful houses by the water. Festivals, concerts, local farmers' markets ...At the gates of Sidobre and the Black Mountain, we are 15 minutes from Lautrec (very beautiful medieval village) and 45 minutes from Albi whose cathedral is classified by UNESCO and from Gaillac. Toulouse and Carcassonne are 1 hour by train and the sea 1 hour 30 minutes.
A good central location for visiting the great sites of Occitania.
