Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

We have three cats (the grey one is friendly to everyone, the black is afraid, but coming for food, the white one is deaf, and bite/claws sometimes, only when we pet him, the best is to avoid him). The cats are used by staying inside house in the day if they want, but outside in the night (or if you leave the house). We have three dogs too, but they will not be at home when you are here.
We also have 4 hens and a rooster, they need refills of food and clean water. The door to the house must also be opened every morning and closed every night. if you want, you can also clean the chicken coop, but it is not necessary if you cannot bear the smell ;-) There will possibly be fresh eggs every day.

We are living on an island (Stord) in a rural district with a beautiful view.
Haugesund is about 1 hour away in driving distance, Bergen is 2 hours away, that includes a ferry using 40 min.

We have beds for 7, but by using mattress`s you can put on floor (or you can use the double sleepingcoach), there is no problem to stay more than 7 here.

Our house is placed in a rural district, with forest around. Very nice paths for walking just outside the frontdoor. Not far from the sea, about 1 km.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

We have no attractions (but the nature!!) close to us...but our house-exchangers back in 2010 said this about our garden/the surrounding: "Fantastic to have clifts like this in the garden"!! So maybe the attractions is where our house is placed? :-)
