We had a wonderful time in Jo und Toril's house and we will really miss to sit on the balkony and watch the habour, sea, Island and mountains! The house is located in a nice, calm area with. Nearby are nice beaches which are perfect for children and we did a lot of nice walks or bike tours. It is not far away from the city so we get everthing easily, even a children seat for the bike. The house is wonderful decorated and we felt very comfortable. Jo und Toril took great care of us. Thank you so much for everthing and this unforgettable home exchange!

Jo and Toril's home in Bodo was incredible, being located overlooking a lovely harbour and the distant Islands - so different from our Lake Macquarie view which we thought was lovely? It was lovely and clean, the fridge was stocked with everything we could possibly need and very modern but at the same time very welcoming, just like Jo who took us sightseeing the first day there and also kindly took us out for a day in his yacht which we will never forget This exchange combined with our amazing trip to the nearby Lofoten Islands ranked amongst our best exchanges EVER - thanks Jo and Toril.

For members who wish to discover the North of Norway (Lofted Islands, National parks, wild landscapes with few tourists...), we warmly recommend Toril's and Jo's nice house situated in the best place of Bodo, close to a fjord, with a beautiful view on the sea and the mountains. We were made so welcome by our exchange family. This exchange was a real success.
