We live in Italy - we mostly exchange our apartment in Italy, Europe and Near Eastern countries now. We welcome all sorts of exchanges. We sometimes travel with 1 or more of our adult children who like to join us on holiday - Julian who is a Bioinformatician in Basel, Switzerland, and Damien who is and Engineer in Sustainable Energy and Water who lives in TrePorti near Venice. We are also Historical Costumiers who design and make Costumes for Venice Carnevale - we have an Instagram page Costumes_in_Venice where you can see lots of photos of Venice and our Costumes

The house is nearby several large parks and gardens and also a nice walk to the beach where there are cafes and restaurants. Dunedin central is 3km away - a good walk or bus ride. Dunedin is a quaint city with a lot of local history. The countryside is very pretty with mountains and lakes nearby - plenty to see and do
