Our 3 bedroom family home is in a leafy suburb with superb views over the Waikareao Estuary. One of my joys is to have a morning coffee on the deck absorbing the quiet and beauty. It is very much a family home including a large selection of toys and a big garden with trampoline to keep the younger ones entertained. We are a family with 2 boys who enjoy bike rides together and time on the beach so we have plenty of equipment to borrow from a stand up paddle board to boogie boards for the family.
The home is all on one level with a new kitchen, 2 smaller bedrooms off a small corridor with a door which is useful for when you want the kids to bed before you. In one room there are single bunk beds and in the other a king single with a pull out bed underneath. The main bedroom is down the hallway with a separate toilet and bathroom.
The large living room opens onto a deck with BBQ and plenty of seating and also a side wraparound balcony that has sun all day. Both have great views and as the house is elevated it has a secluded feel. There is a large garden with trampoline and lots of native plants to attract in the birdlife New Zealand is famous for as well as plum, apricot, lemon, avocado and tangelo trees to help yourself to in season.
We also have a 2 bedroom house in the beach town of Pukehina so you could choose to split your time between the two homes if you wanted.

We also have one very cuddly cat who would love to keep you company if you are happy to look after him, but we can make alternative arrangements if you prefer.
