WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXCHANGES IN AUSTRALIA DURING JUNE/JULY 2024 OR ANYTIME ANYWHERE IN NZ.
EXCHANGE WITH THIS HOUSE COULD BE STAND ALONE OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR RURAL FARM HOUSE ALSO LISTED.
This is our holiday home (bach) and is very simple and basic. One small bedroom with king bed, Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Covered sun deck.
Lake Rotoma is a very popular summer destination for water sports as well as a well known trout fishing area.
Rotorua, 30km away is one of the main tourist areas in NZ for cultural and natural attractions- hot mud pools and geysers.
