Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a luxury executive holiday home commanding spectacular views over what is known as the "Action Capital of the World", Queenstown New Zealand. Please note it is not available for House Swaps from late June to the end of September or mid December to Mid January.
It is not available for House Swaps during the Christmas/New Year period or the ski season (July to September) as, if we are not using it ourselves at those times, we have no problem getting back to back rentals at NZD1000 per night.
It is available for house swaps outside those periods.
