Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We welcome requests from all over New Zealand who might be interested in a non-simultaneous exchange. WAIHEKE ISLAND is situated in the Hauraki Gulf, just 35 minutes from Auckland by passenger ferry. The island boasts a subtropical climate and a beautiful 100km coastline. Always worth a visit: any day, any time of the year Waiheke is Auckland's special destination only 19 km from the city's shoreline. This Island paradise has wonderful beaches, world class boutique vineyards and restaurants, award winning olive groves, as well as delightful cafés. Many talented artists live on the island and their work is on display at the Art Gallery and their own studios.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house it is a short walk to Oneroa, the bustling centre. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, a library, cinema and small supermarket. Oneroa Beach is gorgeous, with safe swimming. The island boasts 27 vineyards, olive groves, white sandy beaches and transport is easily found.
Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
It is important that we find our house clean, neat and tidy when we get back.
