Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our cottage style home is cosy and comfortable with lovely views over the bay and hills. The open plan living space opens onto a large deck with 2 sets of French doors facilitating an indoor/outdoor flow. The style is more aligned to traditional comfort than minimalist. There is a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom/laundry, two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom.
The house is easy to live in, light & airy, with trees & shrubs providing privacy.

We are also 10 minutes walk from the centre of lovely Nelson, with the Saturday market, good shops & cafes, library, museum & several supermarkets, & a 10 minute drive to Tahunanui beach.
