Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A Self contained Holiday home. Equipped with everything to make a holiday easy and hasslefree. The house is warm and compact. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs. Access is simple and easy, private and quiet. Main highways to Auckland, Rotorua, the Coromandel are nearby.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our immediate neighbours are wonderful. Retired folk on one side, and adolescent hard working couples around us. The area has a population of retired couples and young families, holiday makers and tourists. The diversity is enriching.The surf spot 200 yds down the road is a great attraction to this area. Walking distance from the house are Great cafes and delis in Central Shops (100yards from us) which also has design furniture, bike hire shops, fruiterers, Award winning Thai-either dine in or takeaway, dairys, hair salons, laundramats, corner service station(petrol) and an extremely good New World supermarket. Push bikes and running are popular. Health and fitness oozes from the Mt. environment.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
this is our holiday home. everything will be supplied in the house. we wish it to be left as neat and tidy and clean as it was when you arrived. a house keeper/cleaner is available on departure if you wish someone to clean and wash all linen on your departure. there will be a fee of maximum $200 depending on length of stay and number of guests. lawns will be mown, and
rubbish removal is by the council from outside our gate at set days.our house is simple and easy. an excellent base for every visitor to NZ.
