Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
we have two houses and you can use either or whenever it suits you
our new house and main home is in Kerikeri and is near a number of beaches and bush walks and tourist routes
It is also near the stunning Bay of Islands with many boats trips e.g. hole in the rock, dolphin discoveries, local and deep sea game fishing and more (search Paihia)
Lots and lots to see and do
Our other house is a holiday beach cottage a 3 hour drive to Orewa just north of Auckland (see our other listing)
its a cute little Kiwiana holiday house ( old , basic, great views and 400 yards to Red Beach )
its a great base to laze around or visit Auckland and its surrounds

We are very tidy people and Donna will leave our houses ready and immaculate for you
Just as you would want in return
e.g. you wont have to clean the oven on arrival
we do have a nice near new gas BBQ outside on our big decks so cooking outside can be fun, and means less kitchen cleaning
(ask us how to do a full roast dinner on it )
we live in a gated village (secure, but not a retirement village ) of 40 houses average age 65- 70 so its pretty quiet , but they are social and friendly and they enjoy a drink
