Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Relax in a spacious family home in central Christchurch (use of Master bedroom negotiable).
Well located: a 10-minute drive from the airport & to the central city. A 10-minute walk to classy Merivale - cafes, shops & St Georges Hospital. Two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double & single bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The sunroom room has a queen pull-out couch. You could sleep up to 7! There is one bathroom with shower, separate toilet & laundry. A full kitchen plus an outdoor seating area.
This is a large, open plan home, architecturally designed by the famous Christchurch architect, John Trengrove. The rooms are light, with high ceilings.

Within a half hour’s drive South/East of Christchurch you will be on top of the Port Hills & experience great views of the city & its main Port, with possible hiking & mountain biking.
Within an hour’s drive West you be in amongst mountains, lakes & braided rivers.
Within an hour’s drive South you will experience most of the above.
