Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, semi rural and 35 mins walk from Nelson City. There is a bike path at the foot of our road, we are 56 metres above sea level and there are great walking tracks for all levels. Home is 5 minute drive/15 min bike ride to Tahuna Beach, the main city beach with other beaches further afield and Abel Tasman, Nelson Lakes and Kahurangi National Parks all in our region as is Marlborough Sounds and the Marlborough Wine District. Nelson is also well known for its arts wine and food.

We expect our house to be left as tidy if not even tidier and cleaner than when we left it. We would want any damage to be reported to us and rectified if at all possible. We offer bikes as complimentary but if they are damaged in any way we expect that repairs to be made or a consideration discussed. No Smoking inside or on patio. All rubbish removed.
