We have one old and very kind cat that needs to take care of.

The house is situated on the third floor (access with elevator) and consists of two apartments, accessible through a small common stairwell. Neighbours (rarely seen) are friendly and helpful. A 60m2 living with open kitchen and a canal view in the front of the house. At the quiet backside a spacious master bedroom en-suite, a working room that can easily be transformed into a comfortable bedroom for a couple or two individuals, a bathroom and a study.
At your convenience; hundreds of books (also in English) and cd’s, Netflix and Spotify, and a real Hammond organ with Leslie. And for who dares: a kayak to skim the canals.
For the rest the house has all basic comforts, with an industrial and artistic sphere.

We are 2 min. walk from the Metro and 10 min. walk from Central (railway) Station. From there you can easily reach the coast (beach) and the rest of the Netherlands.

We are a couple of 67 / 62 years old. A retired arts sociologist at Amsterdam University and (still working) performing arts fund raiser and adviser. Since the kids left the nest, we take our chance to travel whenever we like.
