This tastefully furnished penthouse condo “El Nido” sits perched above beautiful Madera Beach and Zihuatanejo Bay with an amazing bay view from its large private wrap-around terrace. Open plan, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3) with fully equiped kitchen. Hammock, Free cable-TV, WiFi network, and phone free local and long distance calling. In-room safe as well as 24 security personnel. Madera beach and town are within easy walking distance. Condo cleaned weekly. Condo complex has a pool for guest use.
Perfect central location, a short 5-minute walk to the beach below and a 10-minute or so stroll along the water into town with all its shops and restaurants. Also, there are several restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, along with a convenience store and laundry nearby.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The La Madera neighborhood takes its name from the beach that fronts it. The area is close to downtown, 15 minutes or so to plaza. Most of the streets in the area are newly done. Calle Adelita is home to several of the area’s better restaurants. The beach is a very nice swimming beach, also never overcrowded, and provides a nice view of the bay.
