The house is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a swimming pool, a large terrace, and an extensive secure fenced garden. The town of Ajijic is a 10-minute drive and is well-known as a retirement paradise noted for numerous, restaurants, quaint shops, crafts and art galleries.
It is an Ex-pat haven with outstanding weather all year, world-class entertainment in neighbouring Guadalajara with opera, symphony, ballet, mariachi performances, museums, grand cathedrals, and a bustling downtown area.
