Single floor sea side home, across the street from the ocean, in Eagle Harbour. Beautiful ocean views from all rooms of the house and in the surrounding private gardens. Hot tub, pergola with heat lamp and fire place, patio, and yard backs onto Sea View Trail. 5 minute trail walk to beach, Glen Eagles Public Golf course, restaurant and community centre. 20 minute walk to beautiful Horseshoe Bay. 10 minute drive to Dundarave, Ambleside and Park Royal. 15 minute drive to downtown Vancouver and one hour to Whistler. Home is surrounded by beautiful BC nature, watch the Eagles fly by the house or nesting in the trees, humpback whales and orcas can also be seen feeding in the bay. Relaxing, quiet surroundings in the nature. Direct bus to downtown across the street from house.
