Our furnished, 4 bedroom home is quietly located with a large treed yard and large private deck with barbeque. Front yard has been updated to include a "taverna" patio where one catch the late afternoon and evening sun (see photo with black table and chairs). As well, the front landscaping has been updated as seen in the close up of the front of the house. Amenities include near by golf courses, close to beaches, and to paved bike path to downtown Victoria. Home has 2 TVs plus wi-fi. Large fenced back yard with greenhouse and veggie garden. 10 Minute walk to shopping and the bus to beautiful downtown Victoria. Many golf courses and sailing marinas. Victoria is considered one of the nicest cities in Canada. 1.5 hour ferry trip from Vancouver, which is 2 hours from Whistler by car. Also 1.5 hour ferry ride to the U.S. (Seattle or Pt. Angeles, Washington). This summer (2022), we are most interested in exchanging in the Kensington, Bridgeland, Innglewood or close-by to these areas of Calgary.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in quiet cul de sac at the top of small hill. All the houses are quite large with yards that serve as buffers giving quite a bit of privacy. Lots of oak trees. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. Close walk to a golf course, 3 grocery stores, a small shopping center, library and direct bus route to downtown. Hiking and community recreation centers are nearby too.
