Close to downtown (20 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bus, which stops just one block away and 2-3 minutes drive by car).  Also close to Royal Jubilee Hospital (15 minute walk, 5 minutes by car) and Hillside Shopping Mall (20 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car, 7-8 minutes by bus).


Large living room with a gas fireplace, dining room,  fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, large fridge and dishwasher (also a large, stand-up freezer in the basement). 


Main bedroom has a Queen bed and looks out over our garden. Second bedroom is used as office space but has a fold-out Murphy bed for guests.
