2 bed multi-level townhouse in Vernon, North Okanagan Valley. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, fitness facilities. Central heating and gas fireplace. Well equipped kitchen. Private entrance. Small private back yard. Attached heated indoor garage with Honda Civic 4 Door with winter tires. Management maintains road but need to snow shovel driveway. 30 minutes from Kelowna airport. Drive 6 hours from Vancouver and 7 hours to Calgary.
Vernon in located in the Okanagan valley in middle or Rocky Mountains that has a micro-climate. Winter milder weather with less snow in the valley but 25 minutes up Silver Star road plenty of snow for winter sports of Skiing Silver Star Resort or Sovereign Lake cross county areas. March is spring skiing/winter sports on the hill and/or outdoor golf, hiking, biking in the valley. Summer tourist area with lakes, fruit and wine growing area.
