Comfortable fully renovated 1930's home antiques Persian carpets private garden. Experienced exchangers - 10+. If you like skiing on our nearby mountains, we can arrange an exchange during the winter months with someplace warm.
Also available for non -simultaneous exchange. We have a new small "studio" type cottage at the back of the property suitable for 2 or 3 persons

Our neighbourhood, Southlands/Dunbar is close to the University of British Columbia as well as the wilderness trails of Pacific Spirit Park with miles and miles of trails leading from the Fraser River out to the university and the beaches of Spanish Banks. There are convenient stores/businesses nearby and very convenient access to public transit that will whisk you to downtown in 30 minutes.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Our home is close to several golf courses, walks along the Fraser River and the immense Pacific Spirit Park. The beautiful beaches of Vancouver are a 15 minute easy drive and the University of British Columbia and Wreck Beach (clothing optional) another 10 minute drive. Vancouver Int'l airport is within 10 kilometers and there are two urban bus routes to the city centre just a 1 1/2 block walk away.
The site of the 2010 Winter Olympics - Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain is a 1 1/2 hour drive from our home. For more about our beautiful city go to Vancouver.ca
