Description of the home we are offering for exchange
HOMELINKING SINCE 2001.
Cozy one bedroom apartment in the Cambie Village neighbourhood of Vancouver. My apartment is small but well appointed with a large private patio perfect for barbequing and sitting out. My kitchen is fully equipped; I have a Nespresso machine for your espressos and lattes. There is a desk-top computer and printer in my study that you can use as well as wifi for your own devices, and you can stream Netflix and Amazon Prime on my television. My washing machine and dryer are in-suite. A dedicated parking space is inside the below ground secure parkade. My home is everything one or two people set on enjoying the Vancouver region could need!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
My neighbourhood is residential. Cambie Street with its restaurants, shops, cinema and Skytrain access is a two-block walk away. Easy access to buses and the rapid transit system makes all of Vancouver accessible. There are also parks within a short walk of my home. Granville Island Public Market with its many shops, restaurants and theatres is close by; you can also rent sailboats and kayaks there. The ski resort of Whistler/Blackcomb is less than a two-hour drive from my home. The Cambie Village area has a high walkability score and is very safe.
