Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large home with garden on private lake with lovely back yard space, quiet street, 50min from Vancouver by highway in southwest Langley. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, Large master with big ensuite, 2nd queen bedroom, and 1 double with ensuite. Great sunset views. Wi-fi. Covered patio with gas barbecue
40 min from Vancouver airport, short drive to shops,beach, golf, dine. 10 mins to U.S. border,(2-2 1/2 hrs to Seattle), easy access to Bellingham airport in Wash. State., 15 min White Rock (beach & waterfront restaurants) Pubs and other eateries not far. Also several local wineries. Many golf courses nearby. Near to historic Fort Langley, 3 1/2 hrs Okanagan wine country. Suitable for two couples.
Also use of waterfront cabin on Bowen Island, 20 min on ferry from West Vancouver www.bowenisland.org
Central location for touring B.C. Also open to short exchanges within BC., especially Kelowna. Our Bowen Island property is a great get-away spot, also has quick access to skiing.
We have done several varied exchanges, both in Europe and U.S., all very enjoyable.

Almost in the country setting in south Langley but easy drive to most everything. Quiet, with open views and good neighbours .Very private backyard, on small lake with birds and ducks. Close to large park for walks. hikes. Horseback riding is available in area.

Historic Fort Langley, on the Fraser River. White Rock Beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and little shops, Fraser Valley wineries, several just minutes away. Cross-border shopping. (U.S.), several golf courses . Also 45-50 min drive into Vancouver, or drive to park and ride in South Surrey, then take transit.
