Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a 4 bedroom which was fully renovated in 2009. The main living area is an open concept with living room, dining room and kitchen all one big open area. Great for being together.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms located on the main floor. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, walk out french doors to the backyard, and a beautiful ensuite with soaker tub and huge shower. Both our children's rooms have loft beds, one can accommodate 2 as there is a mattress in the lower part. Our children's rooms are connected by a full bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and double sinks. Finally on the main floor is a 2 piece powder room.
Downstairs we have a very comfortable home theatre/play room. Our home theatre is a very comfortable place to relax and includes a wet bar with fridge. The play area has a gas fireplace and huge selection of toys.
We have a level backyard with a big deck, fireplace, BBQ, play set with swings, slide, monkey bars, house.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our home is in the City of Port Moody which is located on the Barnet Inlet and approximately 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Port Moody is in the middle of everything in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Our home is located on a bus route and is close to hiking trails, beaches, ocean, lakes, fishing, mountains and good shopping. We spend almost every day walking down at our local park along the ocean. Everything the Vancouver area has to offer is close by.
