Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Recently renovated bungalow with a sunny backyard. The house has 3 queen beds and a small equipped gym with a peloton. We installed washlet toilets which are a fun additional to the 3 washrooms. The house is steps away from the Humber River and local walking trails. The backyard boasts a large deck, BBQ and an enclosed sunroom. The Kingsway neighbourhood has charming shops and is near the Old Mill and Royal York subway stations.
We've been homelinking since 2000 with successful exchanges in France x2, Germany, Spain, Canada and Australia.
Open to FIFA exchange in the summer of 2026.

Our house is a 10 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk to the subway. We are 10km to the lake/downtown area. Toronto has its fair share of museums and professional sports teams (Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs). Toronto is great base for a touring in the Niagara, Muskoka and Algonquin Park.
